Good news! MCGEO declared impasse and told the Commission that we were ready for arbitration. But after lots of pressure from the members, the Commission accepted our final offer on a COVID-19 differential. The contract includes 40 hours of comp leave, 2.75 hazard pay retroactive to April 5 and through June 30th, and administrative leave for off-duty employees. Details here are in the file download.
