New Year, New Leaders

Local 1994 started off the new year with the largest number of new leaders at the helm of the union. We welcomed Lisa Blackwell-Brown as our new Secretary-Treasurer and Lisa Titus as our new Recorder. Lisa Titus has also taken a leave of absence from the Sheriff’s Department to join the servicing staff as a field representative/organizer.

On our board, we welcomed Vice Presidents Noel Bassett and Kevin Smith from the Maryland-National Park and Planning Commission unit and Thomas Coulter from Montgomery County.

John Kilker also joined the field staff as a field representative/organizer and Steve Valentich joins us part-time, servicing the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System members.

Montgomery County Crisis Center Employees: Fill out a shift survey

To fill out a survey and make your voice heard, go to https://www.mcgeo.org/ccsurvey.

Any questions about the negotiations should go to Ryan Conlon at rconlon@mcgeo.org.
