We reached an agreement on our COVID MOU at HOC. It took much longer than we had hoped but we were determined to reach the best deal possible for our members.
The new agreement maintains health and safety language; mandatory telework, admin leave, protections for high risk employees and differentials of $3.50 for front facing and $1.50 for back facing work through March 5 (with back pay through Oct 30- the expiration of the last MOU.)
