The Montgomery County Education Association is headed to the bargaining table next year and they are using a bargaining tactic called "bargaining for the common good." 

That means that they are seeking the input of Montgomery County residents on a school survey that will help craft their bargaining proposals. They want their proposals to reflect the diverse needs of the community as well as of their membership.
