Bargaining Update

Hello ,

As many of you may know, we are currently engaged in contract negotiations with your employer Athena Consulting LLC.  Initially when we started negotiations in February of this year we were confident that you all would have a contract by now. Nevertheless, we’re close and it’s our belief that by the end of the year you will be ratifying your first contract.

Here are a few items that are currently being negotiated:

Paid Holidays
Pay Raises
Annual, Sick, Bereavement, and Holiday Leave
Disciplinary Actions
