Join us for a candlelight vigil at Congressman Van Hollen’s office to remind him that Marylanders don't want the Federal budget balanced on the backs of the middle class.

Join us for a Ccndlelight vigil against cuts... No deal is better than a bad deal!

Why? To demand jobs, not cuts!
    When? Mon, Dec. 10, 2012
    Time? 4-5:30pm
    Where?

    Congressman Chris Van Hollen's offices
    51 Monroe St.
    Rockville, MD 20850

    Contact: Alicia Valentin at (301) 977-2447 oravalentin@mcgeo.org

If you can't join us outside Congressman Van Hollen's office, but would like to join another rally in your area, please call us.

Together, we can protect Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid, and make sure the richest 2% pay their fair share.

Hold a candle to signify the importance of these programs for Maryland’s families.

In addition, thousands of Americans are calling and emailing their representatives today. Click here to join them.

    We must demand that Congress:

    1. Make the wealthy pay their fair share and protect tax cuts for the middle class.

    2. Says no to ANY cuts to Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security. Don't make any deals that shift costs to our states and don't make any deal that raises costs for recipients.

    3. Put job creation first!

No deal is better than a bad deal!

Please come on Monday. We need your voice!
