RIF placed on hold pending union ratification and commission approval of tentative agreement. See the attached memo (in pdf format for details) from Patricia C. Barney, Executive Director regarding the RIF Hold. Last night, Commission Management and and MCGEO Representatives successfully arrived at a tentative agreement that places the FY11 RIF on hold and eliminates the need for RIF if ratified by the membership and approved by the full Commission.
